By downloading, installing, or using Reforge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Reforge is a streak tracking and personal recovery support tool designed to help users build positive habits and track progress toward their personal goals. The app provides streak counters, journaling tools, mood tracking, educational content, and motivational features.

3. No Medical Advice

Important: Reforge is not a medical service, therapy service, or clinical treatment program. The app does not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, or addiction treatment. If you are experiencing serious mental health challenges, addiction, or other medical concerns, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reforge. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental consent.

5. Subscription Terms

Reforge offers optional paid subscriptions (Reforge PRO) that unlock additional features:

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
All subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment is charged to your App Store / Play Store account upon purchase confirmation
To cancel on iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Reforge
To cancel on Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Reforge
We cannot process refunds directly — contact Apple or Google for refund requests

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Attempt to circumvent subscription or payment systems
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within Reforge are © 2026 Jannis Toumanidis. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reforge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jannis Toumanidis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reforge. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Reforge for users who violate these Terms of Service, without notice or refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Reforge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice.
